Senior Environmental Remediation Manager

Providing strategic direction and oversight, the full-time Senior Environmental Remediation Manager will manage remediation projects, guide team members, and ensure compliance with environmental financial obligations while based in Boise, ID or Pocatello, ID. Key Responsibilities Lead the remediation team by offering technical guidance, strategic direction, and career mentoring Manage individual remediation projects and oversee ongoing remediation spending and forecasts Prepare the Company's annual environmental liability estimate and Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO) estimate in compliance with relevant guidelines Required Qualifications B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Rangeland Ecology, or related field At least 8 years of experience in mining and/or industrial environmental remediation Prior leadership experience managing technical staff and consultants Direct experience with CERCLA program projects and preparing environmental liability estimates Demonstrated project management skills, including budget development and stakeholder communication
