What you’ll do:
- Manage and produce branch business, focusing on loan production and portfolio quality.
- Lead your team to deliver exceptional service and meet business targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to expand branch presence. What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a producing branch manager.
- Solid knowledge of retail loans, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), and mortgage products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
