Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year Job Summary Reporting to the President of Operations, this NYC‑based Regional Director will be an experienced People Leader with strategic and operational abilities, outstanding communication skills, and the proficiency to work at the highest levels of an organization while relating well to the general workforce. The role will lead business strategy, organize, collaborate, and influence cross‑functional teams, and act as the relationship link between Restaurant Associates, clients, and team members. Essential Functions Demonstrate and lead R/A’s culture of C.A.R.E. Plan and advise on a business portfolio that achieves key performance indicators. Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles. Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and pursue new market solutions. Direct and lead a team of account managers. Coordinate financial objectives and analysis, and supervise for profitability and losses. What You Will Do Build relationships at all levels of the team, client, customer, and RA/Compass organizations. Create an engaging culture through growth, development, recognition, and rewards. Identify client needs, communicate account progress and new company programs. Conduct and monitor customer, client, and associate satisfaction surveys. Develop and monitor realistic and accurate budgets and forecasts. Ensure the business meets financial performance and client forecasts while optimizing operational efficiency. Promote policies, practices, and objectives established by the company and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations. Support recruitment, training, and coaching of management associates to meet staffing needs and talent‑management programs while reducing turnover. Partner with labor relations and support union contract negotiations, abiding by collective bargaining agreements. Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports on time as outlined in corporate policies and procedures. Project and practice consistent ownership attributes that provide a high level of customer service at all points of contact. Education and Experience 10+ years of progressive food service management experience. 5+ years of experience in large‑scale, multi‑client/contract managed services.
