Please note: You MUST live in Dallas, if you are out of state this will not be the right fit ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the development and management of the annual plan and ongoing financial forecasts Identify the drivers / causes of financial results and articulate the information into presentation format that is presented to the Leadership Team Perform periodic and ad hoc analysis Generate insight from financial analyses, providing interpretation of data and key take-aways Prepare weekly / monthly operational reporting for the leadership team Continuous improvement of reporting and analytical tools and processes Understand, track and communicate key assumptions and inputs to plan/forecasts Ad hoc requests as needed ESSENTIAL SKILLS Well organized and detail oriented. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Manages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through. Self starter who works independently and is highly self-motivated; goal oriented. Excels in a fast paced environment. Energetic, innovative and flexible.
