About the Role: 24 Cks LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Account Manager to expand our commercial customer base throughout Northern California while building lasting relationships with existing clients. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business, strengthening customer partnerships, and making a visible impact in a growing company.
This is a primarily remote position serving customers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. Candidates must reside within Northern California and be available for regular in-person customer visits. Relocation assistance is not provided.
This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, and identifying solutions that help commercial kitchens operate more efficiently. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively with chefs, kitchen managers, owners, and other decision-makers, and is comfortable prospecting through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, and referrals.
The Business Development & Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their evolving operational needs, resolving concerns quickly, and identifying opportunities for additional services that provide value to both the customer and Filta.

Essential Responsibilities:
Business Development - Generate new business through cold calling, networking, prospecting, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within restaurants, commercial kitchens, grocery stores, food service operations, and other target markets.
- Build relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, kitchen managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Filta solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations.
- Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Account Management & Client Retention - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client concerns and work collaboratively with the Operations Team to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
- Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews to ensure service quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, kitchen operations, challenges, and goals.
- Identify opportunities to expand services by recognizing unmet needs and recommending additional solutions that support customer success.
- Partner with the Operations Team to identify service gaps, operational challenges, and opportunities for additional services.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow through on customer commitments and ensure concerns are resolved to completion.
Collaboration & Administration - Partner closely with the Operations Team to understand service capabilities, customer feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using company technology and CRM systems.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership.
- Represent Filta professionally within the community and hospitality industry.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and other company initiatives as needed.
Qualifications - Sales, business development, account management, hospitality, restaurant, or related experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant and commercial kitchen operations highly desired.
- Existing relationships within the Bay Area restaurant, hospitality, food service, or commercial kitchen industry are a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with chefs, restaurant owners, kitchen managers, and operational leaders.
- Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers.
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and face-to-face sales activities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with email, CRM systems, mobile applications, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to receive coaching, take direction, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Income Range
$70,000-$110,00 + (Base + Commission), No cap on commission opportunities
