Work With U.S. Startups And C-Suite Execs As An Oceans Performance Marketer
Oceans is an outsourcing firm pairing the best talent in Sri Lanka with CEOs, Founders, and Executives in the U.S.
The Role : Performance Marketer Oceans is seeking talented candidates in Sri Lanka to become Performance Marketers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Identify and prioritize key performance marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, and affiliate marketing
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and bid management
- Optimize campaigns continuously to improve key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Conduct A / B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Monitor spend and performance daily to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver expected results
- Make data-driven decisions to reallocate budget as needed to optimize performance
- Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages and conversion paths
- Utilize heatmaps and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
