  • Strong understanding of SDLC (agile methodologies) from idea inception through scoping, requirements gathering, analysis, design, construction, QA, user acceptance, maintenance support, and change management.
  • Partner with external business teams and internal technology partners to define business processes, deliver systems enhancements, roadmap management for the specific sub-portfolio.
  • Requires a software development mindset to be able to do hands-on pseudo coding in a DSL (domain specific language) and help test the code using an in-house testing tool.
  • Produces professional quality project artifacts including but not limited to story/workflow diagrams user stories, issue logs, test cases and other documents as needed.
  • Responsible in leading and maintain project delivery, including milestones and report progress toward delivery goals throughout project.
  • Assist in application support and management of defects, enhancements and change requests.
  • Experience leading multiple projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders and leaderships with competing priorities in complex environments. Ability to thrive in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a thought leader.

Prerequisites:

  • 7 to 8 years of work experience including experience managing the full implementation lifecycle and delivery of systems solutions (analyze, design, build, test, support).
  • Bachelors degree in technical field required, Masters degree preferred.
  • Business Analysis, Agile Certifications a plus.
  • Experience in data extraction using SQL required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical individuals.
  • Ability to manage, drive, prioritize, perform and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously and with quality.
