Perfect Audience is a self-service ad platform that lets businesses get more sales and conversions by retargeting lost visitors on Facebook. We're constantly expanding and updating our real-time bidding platform, giving small and medium sized businesses the tools to take charge of their own ad campaigns.

We're looking for Java developers to hack on our massive real-time bidding system. We recieve 45,000 requests a second on our bidders, each one requiring a lookup of our billions of users and a resonse in milliseconds. We are building our stack on Amazon Web Services with some of the most exciting new performant technologies, including DynamoDB.

What we are looking for :

• Ability to architect, develop, and test key infrastructure
• Understanding of performance and design tradeoffs, without compromising quality (we are talking thousands of requests a second, and extreme latency concerns - very exciting)
• Experience scaling up webapps and services for rapid growth is a plus, especially on hosted platforms
• Knowledge and interest around Database technologies and “Big Data” is a huge bonus
