Join Airtable’s Marketing web team as a web developer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our web presence. You’ll lead the development and maintenance of our web application, ensuring high-quality, performant, and visually stunning experiences that align with our brand and business goals. What you'll do

• Oversee the development and maintenance of the Airtable marketing web application
• Lead and mentor the web development team, setting technical standards and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align web solutions with business objectives
• Drive key initiatives such as the solutions page refresh, SEO link strategy improvements, and brand refresh support
• Migrate the website to a new infrastructure system and optimize for performance and scalability
• Ensure web pages are built to spec and match design vision with meticulous attention to detail
• Implement and maintain a flexible, robust CMS for long-term team success
• Support faster development cycles and contribute to reducing bugs and increasing sign-ups
• Utilize SEO tooling and strategies to improve site visibility and performance

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is :

$160,000 - $226,600 USD
