We're looking for an IT Coordinator or Specialist to provide hands-on, user-facing IT support and operational assistance to our staff, researchers, and visitors. You'll maintain devices, systems, and shared workspace operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. This role includes tactical IT troubleshooting, device management, end-user helpdesk support, and assistance with broader office operations. Outside of the core work hours (M-F 8:30 AM5:00 PM), this role may also require being onsite some evenings and weekends for events or urgent issues.
We're open to hiring at either the Coordinator or Specialist level depending on the experience and background of the candidate we find. To give a sense of how we'd think about the difference:
