The Superintendent - Federal Construction - Gaithersburg, MD will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and jobsite operations from mobilization through closeout. They will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality standards. They will ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and secure facility requirements. They will monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate updates to leadership. They will maintain documentation including daily logs, schedules, and progress reports. They will collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project milestones and expectations.
