The Superintendent - Federal Construction - Gaithersburg, MD will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and jobsite operations from mobilization through closeout. They will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality standards. They will ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and secure facility requirements. They will monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate updates to leadership. They will maintain documentation including daily logs, schedules, and progress reports. They will collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project milestones and expectations.

A successful Superintendent - Federal Construction - Gaithersburg, MD should have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. They should have 3-8+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience. A background in federal or commercial construction projects is strongly preferred. They should be able to obtain and maintain federal background clearance. Experience working in secure or mission-critical environments is a plus. They should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
