Your Impact
Lead the front office operation to deliver a refined, efficient, and thoughtfully curated guest experience aligned with AC Marriott's European inspired philosophy
Own service execution, team performance, and operational consistency across all front desk functions
Ensure a seamless, calm, and elevated arrival and departure experience for all guests
Serve as a key leader in shaping the overall guest journey and maintaining brand standards
Your Responsibilities
Front Office Leadership and Operations
Oversee daily front desk and night audit operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
Review daily arrivals, departures, and occupancy to proactively plan staffing and service delivery
Establish and reinforce service expectations aligned with AC Marriott standards
Make operational decisions related to guest service, room inventory, and workflow prioritization
Ensure the front office environment reflects a clean, modern, and organized presentation
Guest Experience and Service Recovery
Own and resolve escalated guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment
Monitor guest feedback and identify trends to improve service delivery
Ensure service is anticipatory, intentional, and aligned with brand expectations
People Leadership and Development
Hire, train, schedule, and coach front office team members
Provide ongoing feedback, performance management, and accountability
Foster a positive, collaborative, and service driven team culture
Support employee engagement and uphold fair treatment practices
Financial and Administrative Oversight
Ensure accuracy of cash handling, billing, and audit processes
Review reports and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Maintain compliance with accounting procedures and controls
Collaboration and Communication
Partner with housekeeping and engineering to ensure guest readiness
Communicate clearly with leadership regarding performance and operational needs
Standards and Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information
Your Skills/Experience
Minimum 23 years of hotel front office experience required
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required
Marriott or branded hotel experience strongly preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in property management systems
Strong understanding of front office financial processes
