Job description
Project Manager
Immediate need for a Project Manager for a position in the IT Industry. This is a 02+ month's contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Charlotte, NC. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of IT driven projects within the company, focusing on infrastructure projects related to real-estate acquisition and expansions, managing the conversion process from conception through operational handoff, end point device rollout, data center & network related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the implementation of IT driven projects within the company
- Focusing on infrastructure projects related to real-estate acquisition and expansions
- Managing the conversion process from conception through operational handoff
- End point device rollout
- Data center & network related projects
- Avaya, IVR Experience
- Must have Avaya & PBX migration
- Overall program/project management skills
- Managing CC related projects
- Experience with MVNO (Mobility)
- Must have experience in Contact Center
- The PM will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of project delivery, from requirements definition through implementation and roll out, working with a cross functional team of business and technical resources
- The project manager will be ultimately accountable for the success of the project and work closely with the business clients of the project to ensure objectives are delivered as expected
