Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant to support a busy Lennar Title office during a six-month contract assignment. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential real estate transactions from opening through closing.
- Prepare and review closing packages, escrow documents, and settlement paperwork.
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, builders, and attorneys throughout the transaction.
- Review title commitments, lender instructions, and closing requirements.
- Ensure all documentation and conditions are complete prior to closing.
- Schedule closings and coordinate settlement activities.
- Assist with balancing files, funding, and post-closing activities based on experience.
- Maintain accurate electronic files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple transactions and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, Escrow Processor, or similar title industry professional.
- Residential title and escrow experience required.
- SoftPro experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the residential closing process.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
