Overview Location: 171 Pleasant Street, Suite 100, Fall River, MA 02721, United States Position: Full-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Hybrid Position Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Company: Bay Coast Behavioral, privately owned, clinician-led practice focused on work-life balance and professional growth. Responsibilities Conduct assessments, develop and monitor behavior plans, support RBTs, and communicate with families. Provide mentorship and training for new clinicians as applicable. Qualifications Master\'s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Current BCBA Certification or MA LABA license preferred; candidates working toward completion will be considered. Strong background in behavioral principles and person-centered care. Supervision hours provided for BCBA candidates.
