Job description
Supporting project documentation and training development, the part-time HUBZone Technical Writer will create user-focused materials and manage SharePoint-based resources while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in creating contract deliverables, project plans, and reports Develop training materials, including Work Instructions, Quick Reference Guides, and How-To Videos Design and administer end-user surveys to gather feedback on training effectiveness and system functionality Required qualifications Experience in developing training materials, SOPs, and instructional content Familiarity with SharePoint site administration and content management Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week, with a minimum of 40 hours in any four-week period Eligibility for HUBZone status with appropriate documentation Preferred experience with DoD or Federal agencies requiring a Public Trust or higher-level background investigation
