Director of Development

A company is looking for a Director of Development & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the assigned region's strategy and goals

Develop and oversee fundraising campaigns, programs, events, and initiatives

Identify, cultivate, engage, solicit, and steward existing and new donors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)

Minimum of 10 years of related work experience

Fundraising experience

Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Demonstrates financial literacy and the ability to contribute to the fiscal health of the organization
