About the Job
Looking for consistent miles, guaranteed weekly pay, and no-touch freight? This OTR team opportunity is built for experienced teams who want dependable income and steady freight across the lower 48.
You'll earn $2,000 guaranteed per driver every week while averaging 5,000–5,500 team miles, giving you the opportunity to maximize your earning potential without worrying about inconsistent freight.
Job Scope:
Run dedicated drop & hook, no-touch freight between distribution centers across the continental U.S., with additional dedicated freight opportunities as needed. Drivers stay out 3 weeks followed by 1 full week at home.
- Company Driver (W2, Team)

- OTR
- $4,500 - $4,800 total weekly avg. pay per team
- $4000 minimum guaranteed weekly pay
- 5,000 - 5,500 avg. miles per week per team
- Dedicated
- No Driver Load/Unload
- 21 expected days out
- Get 7 days of home time for every 21 days worked
- Home at least one weekend per month
- Orientation is not paid for
- Does not cover accommodation
- Drivers get their own room
- No meals are included
- Does not cover any travel expenses
- Class A license
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
