Director, AI Program Management Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA – Westwood; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Start Date: Mid-August (target) or early September at the latest. Duration: Permanent. Compensation Range: $180,000 - $225,000 annually. Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and execute the organization’s AI program roadmap from strategy through delivery. Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across cross-functional business teams. Partner with executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities. Lead AI initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal oversight. Build and launch commercial AI-enabled products and solutions. Establish KPIs and measure program success and AI adoption. Anticipate implementation risks and proactively remove roadblocks. Stay current on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices. Facilitate workshops and educate business leaders on AI capabilities. Influence teams across the organization without direct management responsibility. Minimum Requirements 10 years of program management experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives. Recent professional experience leading AI programs or enterprise AI initiatives. Demonstrated success deploying AI solutions within business environments. Experience building and delivering commercial products or technology initiatives. Strong understanding of modern AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and custom AI solutions. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with little direction. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Experience defining KPIs and measuring program success. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI initiatives to business outcomes. Local to the Los Angeles area or able to reliably work onsite three days per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience within consulting, agencies, sports, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced organizations. Active involvement in the AI community through conferences, seminars, research, or ongoing learning. Experience driving enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
