What You Will Do to Change Lives
Under direct supervision, serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time | AM | Shifts: : AM - : PM | Days: Monday - Friday; Some Saturdays on-call requirements once a month, with the on-call shifts being - days. required to work one Saturday/ per month
Expected starting wage range is $ - $ Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Telecare FSP is an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program which serves up to MHSA and AB individuals with SMI who have not responded well to traditional outpatient behavioral health care. Clients referred to this program should expect to receive a comprehensive array of ACT services and supports.
