Job description
Providing critical care and health education remotely, the full-time Texas Licensed Nurse Advisor will deliver evidence-based symptom triage and support patients through phone, chat, and video platforms during overnight shifts. Key responsibilities Provide symptom triage and health education for patients of all ages using evidence-based protocols Conduct comprehensive assessments and document all interactions in accordance with policy Communicate effectively with beneficiaries and collaborate with internal staff to ensure continuity of care Required qualifications Current active compact RN license in home state 3+ years of recent clinical experience with the ability to triage all age groups Advanced technical skills, including multitasking with multiple programs and monitors Ability to pass security clearance Hard wired Internet connection
