We areseekinga highly motivated and talentedICT Consultantto join our team. This critical role involves researching developing and producing electrical and low voltage construction drawings while applyingexpertisein industry concepts practices and procedures with potential consultation on complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and driven individual with a strong emphasis on critical thinking effectiveness and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the design process from concept to completion ensuring projects meet high-quality standards achieve desired outcomes and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop innovative and impactful design solutions that elevate the lives of our users/clients.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards such asthe TDMMANSI/TIA standardsNFPA 70 (NEC) NFPA 72and local regulations.

Prepare and review system specifications forICT systems including material requirements installation methods and performance standards.

Designs telecommunication systemswith minimal supervision from senior staff.

Coordinate with other disciplines to ensurelow voltage systems are integrated into the overall building design.

Direct and mentor designers and junior engineers in the preparation ofICT system designs specifications and documentation.

Plan anddirect designers on effective execution of design tasks providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.

Challenge and inspire those around them to grow thrive and contribute meaningfully.

Actively seek out opportunities for professional development and stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.

Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Salary Range: $110000 - $160000 Annually

Qualifications:

Healthcare Experience is preferred but not required.

Education: Bachelors degree fromcreditedcollege or university inEngineering Science or Technical disciplinepreferred.

Experience:6to 10 years of telecom IT security or other low voltage system design experience.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Revit Revit 360andMS Office Suite

Travel:up to 20% depending on project

ICT Certification:RCDD (required);PE license a plus.
