Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified mid-market prospects, managing the sales process from discovery to close
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to executive decision-makers and negotiate terms that create long-term value
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably with mid-market clients ($10M-$50M in revenue)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building new business pipelines
Skilled in CRM management (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and adaptable to new technologies
Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
