• ???? What Youll Do
• Partner with sales and business development to translate customer needs into manufacturable, high-performance solutions.
• Design and optimize parts using CAD tools, with a focus on functionality, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance.
• Apply injection molding expertise to guide DFM, tooling strategies, and material selection.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Support customer meetings and technical discussions with clear, solution-oriented communication.
• Contribute to identifying new application areas and shaping solutions that align with our growth strategy.
• ???? What You Bring
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, product design, or technical sales support.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects or customer programs, ideally in regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding and Automation including product design, DFM, tooling, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with medical diagnostics or other regulated industries (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
• Strong CAD skills and a passion for functional, elegant design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills able to bridge technical and commercial conversations.
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
