The Sourcing Specialist plays a vital role in building Intercare Therapy's talent pipeline by identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for clinical and operational roles. This position focuses on proactive talent identification and engagement strategies to support our growing behavioral health services.

Hourly Rate : Starting at $27

Reports to : Director, Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates, particularly BCBAs, RBTs, and other behavioral health professionals
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles through proactive sourcing and relationship building
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and industry-specific platforms
• Create and maintain networking relationships with universities, certification programs, and professional associations in the ABA therapy field
• Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates through various channels
• Create compelling outreach messages that effectively communicate Intercare Therapy's value proposition
• Qualify candidates through initial screening conversations
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions in the ATS
• Partner with recruiters to understand position requirements and target candidate profiles
• Provide regular pipeline updates to the recruitment team
• Support recruitment events and career fairs
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize strategies and approaches
• Research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market conditions
• Identify new sourcing channels and approaches specific to behavioral health
• Keep updated on ABA therapy industry developments and certification requirements
• Provide market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies
