Our client, a government entity offering flexible work arrangements (every other Friday off), is seeking a Budget & Audit Analyst to join its dynamic Finance team. This organization provides significant opportunities for growth and direct access to its leadership team.
In this pivotal role, the analyst will ensure that financial operations remain transparent, compliant, and strategically aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include supporting budget development, monitoring multiple grant allocations, leading internal audit initiatives, and collaborating across departments to strengthen fiscal accountability.
The position offers CalPERS pension retirement, comprehensive health benefits, tuition reimbursement, a flexible work schedule, generous paid time off, and a parking allowance. Salary : $85k - 95K (DOE). Location : Downtown.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of audit experience working with government entities.
