Senior Vice President, Client Experience - Healthcare

We're seeking an accomplished healthcare communications leader to serve as a strategic partner leading clients, new business efforts and operations as part of the Boston Health team leadership. This critical role combines senior client leadership with hands-on execution for corporate healthcare and corporate health social assignments.
You will be a trusted advisor and operational leader who :
- Serves as the primary day-to-day strategist and relationship manager for key corporate healthcare clients
- Leads and scales our corporate health social media practice with strategic vision and execution excellence
- Manages complex, integrated teams with commercial acumen and efficiency
- Balances big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrates the professional maturity and judgment

Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day client relationships and serve as the trusted strategic counsel on corporate healthcare communications assignmentsDrive client satisfaction and organic growth by anticipating needs and delivering innovative solutionsLead new business development efforts, from pitch strategy to presentationManage the commercial aspects of large accounts, including budgets, resources, and profitabilityDevelop and execute integrated corporate communications strategies that address business challenges in healthcare's evolving landscape (policy, reputation, stakeholder engagement, issues management)Lead corporate health and executive social media strategy and execution, staying ahead of social platform innovations and best practicesNavigate the intersection of corporate affairs, regulatory environment, and best in class digital communicationsProvide thought leadership on emerging trends in the corporate health space and stay ahead of shifts in healthcare corporate affairs, media landscape, and communications technologyBuild, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across offices and disciplinesCoach team members to achieve their professional goals while maintaining quality standardsDeploy teams strategically to maximize efficiency and impactFoster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvementRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree10+ years of progressive healthcare communications experience, including substantial agency backgroundProven expertise in corporate healthcare communications (corporate reputation, issues management, executive visibility, stakeholder engagement)Demonstrated leadership in healthcare social media strategy and executionTrack record managing large pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts with complex, multi-market teamsDeep understanding of the pharmaceutical / healthcare landscape and corporate affairs environmentExcellence in client relationship management with ability to operate independently with senior client stakeholdersStrong commercial acumenExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsProven ability to lead, develop, and retain talentProficiency in MS Office; advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation platformsWhat Sets You Apart

NYC Salary range : $171,000 - $235,000
