Shipping and Receiving Associate (Meat Plant)

Job Title

Starting compensation : $21 per hour (DOE) plus a shift differential of $1.50 for nights.

Schedule : Sunday to Thursday, 3PM to Close

This position is responsible for coordinating activities with production to scale, raft and ship JIT orders on a timely and accurate basis.

Essential Duties :

• Use of machinery for receiving, shipping, order selecting, case scaling, Powered industrial trucks / electric and riding jack / tugger.
• Using the computer and scanning gun to move the product to ensure that foods can select the product.
• Producing packing slips, invoices and purchase orders accurately.
• Interacting with the warehouse PM to Closeouse personnel to ensure all orders are received.
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
