Compensation (BOE) : $200,000-$222,000
Primary Responsibilities and Key Duties :
- Provide primary medical care to patients of all ages.
- Serve as core faculty for family medicine residency program.
- Manage ambulatory Family Medicine practice, ensuring productivity standards.
- Promote patient satisfaction, considering environmental, social, and cultural factors.
- Contribute to Quality Improvement activities and practice evidence-based, cost-effective care.
- Implement preventative health schedules for continuity of care.
- Stay clinically competent with regular Continuing Medical Education.
- Maintain liaison with Partner Hospitals' medical staff and take calls for patients.
- Educate and train medical professionals, supervise residents, and oversee curriculum areas.
- Participate in program and curriculum quality improvement, collaborating with faculty.
- Prioritize personal and residents' wellness.
- Complete quality improvement and scholarly activity for accreditation requirements.
- Join the faculty of the Department of Family Medicine.
Requirements :
- Graduate of an Accredited Medical School
- Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA Registration
- Bilingual English / Spanish (required)
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
