We're partnering with a reputable client in Salem to find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will :

• Reconcile vendor statements and efficiently resolve discrepancies.
• Manage the accounts payable inbox and professionally address vendor inquiries.
• Ensure accurate vendor records, including W-9 and 1099 compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment-related issues.
