Responsible for updating the Asset Management database with regard to replacements, transfers, and disposal of containers as well as assisting with the verification of repair calculations and other administrative functions including various reconciliations and ad hoc reporting.
This position is required on-site at PODS Corporate Center in Clearwater, FL Mondays through Thursdays and Fridays remote.
Alternating Saturdays working remotely is also a requirement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Correspond with internal stakeholders via email and phone to aid with service requests.
- Assist leadership and team members with ad hoc asset management department projects as needed.
- Review and modify Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to process container repair reimbursement requests.
- Perform data entry within Microsoft D365 to process container status update requests.
- Review, invoice, and track repair orders for container repairs.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS : Education & Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Any post-secondary experience is a plus.
- 0 - 1 years of prior experience with responsibilities in data entry, fixed assets, accounting, logistics.
- Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
