Training Specialist III
Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Training Specialist III to join our team in Norfolk, VA supporting our customer at Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC-A).

SECURITY CLEARANCE :
Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers.
- Plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities.
- Respond to corporate and worker service requests.
- Consult with onsite supervisors regarding available performance improvement services.
- Assess training needs of clients and guide them through the appropriate training methods.
EXPERIENCE :
Ten (10) years of professional experience in curriculum development.
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology or related Training Systems discipline.
