Bartender

7OH2 Hospitality is seeking professional, skilled, and guest service-oriented Bartenders to join our dynamic hospitality group. As a dedicated team, we are eager to find individuals who are enthusiastic about being part of a truly innovative and special new concept, with an exciting group that is truly passionate about hospitality.

Our Server's basic job function is to serve each guest to their complete satisfaction while exceeding their expectations. Servers are responsible for positive interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Bartender in a high-volume & fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, according to local & state laws.
• STRONG knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, & classic cocktails.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (TIPS).
• Food Handler Certificate (ServSafe).
• Excellent communication & people skills.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance according to 7OH2 policy.
• Availability to work weekends & select holidays as needed.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, & safety.
• Patience
