2027 Summer Internship Program
Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian.
Internship Dates:
The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027- Friday, August 6, 2027.

You are:
A current junior (graduation date of May 2028) who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

You have:
Required Qualifications
- An interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, or sales enablement
- Curiosity about how the customer journey informs and shapes marketing strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- An interest in digital marketing, including purposeful digital advertising, customer engagement tracking, and campaign performance measurement
You will:
- Learn how modern marketing performs as a revenue center versus a service center
- Work with marketing professionals and help develop campaigns aligned to the sales cycle
- Gain practice with cutting edge marketing platforms that inform strategy and drive results
- Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
- Learn about Guardian's purpose, values, how we work, and our suite of product and service offerings
- Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business
- Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information

Eligibility:
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship are not available for this position.
- You must be available for the full program dates of the internship program.
Salary Range:
$20.00 - $35.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
