Job Title : Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our organization's technology strategy and digital transformation efforts.

The CIO will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of information systems and technology initiatives to support our business objectives.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions and services.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of information systems, infrastructure, and applications.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and reliability.
• Manage the IT budget and resources to optimize investments and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and process improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for strategic advantage.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and industry associations.
• Monitor and report on IT performance, metrics, and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to executive leadership on technology-related matters.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving technology strategy and innovation.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Deep understanding of information technology principles, practices, and trends.
• Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the industry or domain relevant to the organization's business is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certification in IT governance, project management, or related areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP).
• Experience with cloud technologies and digital platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the organization's industry (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including technology integration and consolidation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
