Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support customer relationships, account activities, and business development opportunities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understanding customer needs, and developing strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions regarding products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally.
  • Support customer account and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activities.
  • Assist with promotional and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service and business goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
