Talent Acquisition Specialist / RecruiterLocation: Ann Arbor, MI – Hybrid – Mon – Thurs On-site / Remote FridaysJob SummaryThe Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Marketplace) will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and drive attraction, assessment, selection, and candidate experience for our US and Canadian supply chain center and corporate owned store staffing needs. This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and will champion our brand, mission, and values.Main Responsibilities(90%) Manage Full Cycle Recruiting ProcessManage the full cycle recruiting process for high volume hourly and skilled positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, closing, and pipelining candidatesDevelop creative sourcing strategies to attract talentManage Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) for assigned rolesNetwork with the appropriate talent communities (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, alum associations, local or national associations, etc.) to attract qualified candidatesProvide timely and appropriate feedback to candidates throughout the interview processEnsure that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures as well as local and national employment lawsWork diligently to meet all recruitment metrics, including time to present, time to interview, time to fill, candidate/hiring team leader satisfaction, and diversityAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process and support data-driven decision makingServe as a consultant to hiring teams to enable hiring manager excellence, deliver training programs, and act as a trusted advisor on best practices in selection and assessment(10%) Special ProjectsParticipate in special projects as needed (i.e., EVP, HR Tech enhancements, automations and AI in the recruiting funnel)Qualifications3+ years of high volume Talent Acquisition or related experienceSuccessful experience recruiting Commercial Drivers strongly preferredAbility to coach and influence across a spectrum of stakeholdersConsultative client-service mindsetProblem-solving and continuous improvement focusCompetency & BehaviorsEnsures Accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Self-Development: Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both successes and failures as development channels.Customer Focus: Building strong internal and external customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
