Commercial Sales Full Time Sales Support Coordinator 1 – La Crosse, WIKwik Trip, Inc. offers a variety of fuel options to business fleet customers including diesel, compressed natural gas (CNG), unleaded, and other fuels. Sales Support Coordinators are responsible for maintaining commercial accounts by building and maintaining positive relationships with their assigned accounts.Responsibilities include:Lead application and account setup processes for new credit card accountsUnderstand clients' business needs and provide day-to-day support of their fuel accounts to meet these needsAnswer calls on shared phone line, assisting guests with requests and feedback over the phone or directing them to the appropriate internal departmentManage accounts in an internal database and sales management software, and work directly with a third-party partner to assist in some customer service requestsDemonstrate and communicate the value our product offerings can add to new and potential businessesAssist sales reps by identifying and communicating potential opportunities and risks related to existing accountsProactively solicit, respond to, and resolve any client requests, concerns and questions in a professional and timely mannerManage assigned book of business by regularly checking in with guests and providing customer service and education to retain and grow fuel gallonsProvide client training and education on fuel card-related products and servicesAny other tasks needed to ensure good customer / client relations are maintainedQualifications:Prior customer service experience, ideally in an office environmentAbility to find success in a changing environmentProven level of exceptional customer service skillsAbility to represent and promote Kwik Trip, Inc. in a professional mannerExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate self-initiativeAbility to work independently or in a team environmentStrong organizational, phone, and computer skillsAbility to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft 365 and sales management software (preferred)Knowledge / experience with the transportation, fleet, trucking, and/or fuel industries is a plusPossess a valid driver's license with a good driving recordWillingness to travel to client sites as neededWork Schedule: This is an hourly position, Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
