Job Description

Seasoned Business Analyst with 8 10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirement delivery in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes.
• Identify gaps and modernization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with business, operations, development, and QA teams to validate solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform impact analysis.
• Ensure alignment with business and non-functional requirements.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Prepare reporting and documentation.
• Support knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.
