Office Services SpecialistManage daily Office Services operations for a small to medium-sized site and supervise one on-site employee. Oversee copy, mail, fax, hospitality, reception, imaging, courier, and managed print services. Serve as the primary client contact, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure services meet contractual and service-level requirements. Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, service quality, reporting, and business reviews. Create a professional, customer-focused environment and support continuous process improvement.Lead, train, coach, cross-train, and evaluate direct reports while supporting career development and performance management. Prioritize competing responsibilities and communicate team goals and expectations effectively. Ensure appropriate staffing by matching employee skills and resources with operational demands. Monitor service quality, compliance, audits, deadlines, and Service Level Agreements. Maintain regular communication with the client and address service issues, process gaps, and scope changes. Identify opportunities to improve business processes while maintaining financial and contractual requirements. Support customer presentations, reporting, business reviews, and other site-required documentation. Resolve issues related to pricing, orders, and invoicing in coordination with sales. Apply effective service management tools and processes to improve operational quality. Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and technology to identify appropriate solutions. Motivate employees and recognize achievements while maintaining a positive work culture. Perform other duties as assigned.High school diploma or GED required. 3–5 years of related work experience, preferably in B2B, technical, professional services, or hospitality environments. At least 2 years of previous management or team supervision experience strongly preferred. 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required. Strong knowledge and understanding of technology and Microsoft Office 360. Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service, problem-solving, presentation, and technical aptitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal oversight. Professional and highly organized with a strong customer-focused approach. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to regularly walk throughout the office and stand, bend, reach, stretch, or move materials as needed. Ability to lift and carry packages, supplies, and other materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Business casual/professional attire required for a law-office environment. No driving required.
