When you join us as a Mobile Patient Service Representative, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:Transports Mobile Mammography Coach to assigned locations within established timeframes to ensure excellent customer service is providedPerforms general maintenance checks on the vehicle including filling with gas, checking fluid levels, checking tire pressure and cleaning windows; promptly reporting any vehicle problems or maintenance issues to supervisor to ensure a safe vehicleAt each location, you will conduct set-up and tear down of the trailerGreet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.Obtain or verify proper insurance and patient information, collect signatures and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation.Collect and log all co-pays and feesAnswer/transfer incoming phone calls.Schedule, reschedule or cancel new or current patients, confirm appointments and notify staff of changes when necessary.Give patients appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, and provide directions to facilities if needed.Coordinate with the back-office staff for timely and effective care of patientsYou Are:Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situationsAble to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleaguesAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world-class customer serviceTo Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:High School Diploma or GEDIntermediate to advanced computer skillsStrong multitasking and communication skillsExperience providing exceptional customer serviceMedical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred.We Offer:Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.Health Savings Accounts with employer funding.Wellness dollars401(k) Employer MatchFree services at any of our imaging centers for you and your immediate family.Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
