Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across real estate and construction activities. This role manages operational processes, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects and transactions are executed efficiently and profitably. The Vice President Operations will lead P&L oversight, develop and refine operational strategies, and implement best practices to support organizational growth. Daily responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership on strategic planning, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role also involves coaching operational teams, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals. Qualifications Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and oversight of multi-site or multi-functional teams. Demonstrated experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. Customer Service orientation with a track record of enhancing client satisfaction and service quality. Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting operational priorities, defining goals, and executing long-term initiatives. Project Management skills for coordinating complex real estate and construction projects from planning through completion. Proven leadership experience in operations within real estate, construction, or related industries. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Familiarity with operational software, CRM tools, and project management platforms; experience with data-driven reporting and KPIs is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
