Environmental Services Per DiemThe goal of Environmental Services is to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff in alignment with the mission and philosophy of St. Peter's Health Partners.ResponsibilitiesPerform general housekeeping and floor care dutiesAssist Supervisor with scheduling, staff oversight, inventory, and special projectsEnsure overall cleanliness of assigned buildingsComplete thorough daily room cleaning following all training and sanitation protocolsFollow infection control policies and proceduresMaintain professional communication with staff, patients, residents, and familiesRespond politely and efficiently to requestsReport issues to the Housekeeping SupervisorPerform additional duties assigned by Supervisor or DirectorUphold SPHP Standards of BehaviorMinimum RequirementsAt least 1 year of healthcare environmental services experienceAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsBasic knowledge of cleaning techniques (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing)Pay Range$16.20 - $19.74Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
