Traders work under a performance-based independent contractor agreement, managing a firm-funded account within defined risk parameters. This is a production role for people who want to trade professionally inside a structured, rules-based program, not a sales, analyst, or client-facing position.This is a fully remote position. You can trade from anywhere with a reliable connection, and there is no on-site requirement at any point. Open to candidates located in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.Responsibilities:Trade firm-funded accounts in forex, metals, and cryptocurrency markets according to an approved written trading planOperate within the firm's risk framework, including daily and maximum drawdown limits and position sizing rulesBuild, document, test, and refine a trading plan in coordination with an assigned coachMaintain a detailed trade journal and submit performance reports for periodic reviewMonitor price action, market structure, and macroeconomic releases relevant to the instruments you tradeParticipate in scheduled coaching sessions, trade reviews, and team callsComplete the firm's training and evaluation program before trading at full capital allocationRequirements:Eligible to contract as an independent contractor in the United States, Canada, or the United KingdomWorking knowledge of technical analysis, including chart structure, support and resistance, and common indicatorsDemonstrated ability to follow a defined process consistently under volatile conditionsComfortable with 100% remote work, regular written reporting, and receiving direct coaching feedbackReliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace available during your chosen market hoursPrior trading experience in forex, metals, or cryptocurrency is preferred; structured training is providedFamiliarity with platforms such as TradingView or Interactive Brokers TWS is helpful but not requiredCompensation:This is an independent contractor position compensated through a share of net trading profits generated on firm capital, tiered by performance. There is no base salary or hourly wage.
