Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to target behavioral goals
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and challenges
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care

Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required (BA/BS degree in a related field preferred)
RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire date
Ability to work effectively with children with autism and their families
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
