Senior Manager Of Financial Operations

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Operations to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $160,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations by overseeing accounting activities, budgeting processes, and financial reporting functions.
• Manage cost accounting activities by analyzing product costs, operational performance, and profitability trends.
• Direct month end and quarter end close processes while ensuring accurate reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Partner with operational teams to identify efficiency opportunities, control costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and present financial reports, performance metrics, and business insights to leadership for decision making.

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of financial operations and cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams.
• Possess strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing methodologies, and variance analysis.
• Maintain proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems and advanced Excel functionality.
