    About Us :

    Paul Davis Restoration Rock Hill specializes in restoring residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, and storm damage. We are looking for a Sales Representative (Business Development) to help grow our business by building relationships with local organizations, insurance professionals, and property owners who need restoration services.

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Prospect and develop B2B relationships with organizations that purchase restoration services, including property managers, insurance agents, contractors, and real estate professionals.
    • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry seminars to expand our customer base and promote Paul Davis Restorations services.
    • Develop marketing materials and collateral to educate potential clients and industry professionals about our restoration services.
    • Represent Paul Davis at industry association events to build brand awareness and establish connections.
    • Lead special sales campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
    • Work closely with our training team to assist in continuing education programs for industry partners.
    • Track and report sales activity, lead generation, and progress toward business development goals.
    • Requirements :

    • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience , preferably in restoration, construction, insurance, or real estate.
    • Strong B2B sales and networking skills .
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to attend and participate in local business events, trade shows, and industry meetings .
    • Experience in creating and using marketing materials and sales presentations .
    • Must pass criminal background check.
    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
