Job Description

The Cash Application Specialist I will be responsible for timely processing of all incoming customer payments including lockbox, wires, credit card, and E-payment. Processing will include both balance forward and invoice specific application. The Cash Application Specialist I will also be responsible for processing customer adjustments, write-offs, debits, credits, seminar / training fees, and services charges. Role will require frequent communication with Account Specialists and branch personnel. The Cash Application Specialist I will report directly to the Cash Application Supervisor.

• Daily Order to Cash transaction processing for all customer segments and all payment types.
• Review and resolve unapplied payments.
• Notify Account Specialists of NSF payments and handle associated system charge-back of payment.
• Effectively manage transaction processing accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all activities are performed in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
