What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide high-quality instruction, direction, and support for students in the online classroom environment
  • Give feedback on student work and facilitate class discussions
  • Conduct synchronous interaction sessions and grade assignments
  • Participate in program and curriculum planning and development
  • Represent the university at conferences and training sessions

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • AAMFT Approved Supervisor or AAMFT Supervisor Candidate
  • State Licensed MFT
  • Experience and credentials to teach specific courses
  • Minimum of three years of post-doctoral teaching experience in higher education
  • Online instructional experience
  • Computer literate in software and internet-based applications
  • Proficient in APA style
