Dallas Athletic Club, a premier private country club in Dallas, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Red Ball Junior Teaching Professional / Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about developing young tennis players and creating a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will work evenings and weekends, contributing to the growth and success of our junior tennis program.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teach Red Ball classes using the USTA curriculum, focusing on foundational skills and fun.
• Organize and maintain communication groups with parents to ensure consistent updates and feedback.
• Plan and coordinate Red Ball group lessons for junior players.
• Assist the Junior Director with Red Ball classes as needed.
• Collaborate with the Junior Director on weekly class planning and curriculum adjustments.
• Support the Junior Director in planning and executing Red Ball events, fostering engagement and enthusiasm among participants.
